丙烯腈清洁生产评价指标体系的研究

通过对国内9家丙烯腈生产企业和丙烯腈生产过程进行全面调研和分析,结合清洁生产的要求和丙烯腈行业的特点,建立了丙烯腈行业清洁生产评价指标体系。该指标体系涵盖了资源与能源消耗指标、污染物产生指标、资源综合利用指标、生产工艺及装备指标、产品特征指标和清洁生产管理指标共6大类一级指标以及27个二级指标。对国内9家企业11套丙烯腈生产装置的评价结果表明：1套装置达到国际清洁生产领先水平,1套装置达到国内清洁生产先进水平,5套装置为国内清洁生产一般水平,其余4套装置达不到清洁生产基本要求。

Study on the Cleaner Production Assessment System of the Acrylonitrile Industry

This paper established a cleaner production assessment system of the Acrylonitrile industry,through the investigation of 9 domestic acrylonitrile production enterprises,with com-prehensive analysis of acrylonitrile production process,and also according to the characteristics of the acrylonitrile industry and requirement of cleaner production. The cleaner production assessment system of the acrylonitrile industry consisted of six kinds of indexes,such as the index about the level of techniques and equipment of the production process,utilization level of resources and energy,pollutant production index,circular utilization of waste material,product index and cleaner production management index.It contains 27 two level indicators.The result was:1 device was the international leading level,1 device was the domestic advanced level,5 devices were domestic general level,and 4 devices were not clean production devices.
