废旧电池的回收和利用

摘    要:废旧电池对人体健康的危害和环境的污染问题引起了人们的普遍关注.在实验中选取日常生活中使用量最大的锌锰干电池为研究对象,利用酸解、沉淀法及氧化还原分别对锌和锰进行回收处理,制取产物氧化锌和二氧化锰.实验结果表明,选取草酸为锌的最佳沉淀剂,氧化锌的收率为95.3%,纯度为99.96%;过氧化氢为锰(Ⅳ)溶解时的最佳还原剂,二氧化锰的收率为76.5%,纯度为92.84%.此回收处理方法有效可行,对环境可起到良好的保护作用.

Abstract:With the development of science and technology,the consumption of cell increases day by day.At the same time,the harm of waste cells to human health and the environment pollution it causes began to draw people's attention.Zinc-manganese dry cell,which is of the highest consumption in daily life,is studied in experiment.Zinc and manganese is recovered by means of acid hydrolysis,deposition and oxidation reduction to get zinc oxide and manganese dioxide.The results show that the best precipitating agent for zinc is oxalic acid,and the yield of zinc oxide is 95.3% and the purity is 99.96%.The best reducing agent to dissolve manganese is hydrogen peroxide,and the yield of manganese dioxide is 76.5% and the purity is 92.84%.So this recovery method is effective and can well protect the environment.
