摘    要:基于计算流体力学的涡耗散模型,采用有限容积法建立组分燃烧与扩散数学模型。针对长为2.9m,直径为0.5m的喷口型燃烧器进行数值模拟。研究表明:随着煤层气中甲烷浓度的增加,氧气体积分数的峰值逐渐右移,非预混系统的最高温度与平均温度都有所增加;随着速度比的逐渐增加,煤层气中甲烷燃烧较快;随着过量空气系数的增加,非预混系统燃烧温度最大值逐渐右移。该结果可为生产实际提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract:Based on the model of the FLUENT vortex dissipation,using the method of the limited volumetry,the mathematics model of the burning and diffusing phase has been built.And then we simulate nozzle combustor numerically,whose length is 2.9 meter and diameter is 0.5 meter.The research indicates that with the increasing of the methane concentration in the CBM,the peak concentration of the oxygen moves to the right,and the maximum temperature and the average temperature increase gradually in the CBM.With the speed ratio increases,the methane burns faster.With excess air coefficient increases,the maximum temperature in the non-premixed system moves to the right.This result provides the theory instruction for the actual product.
