| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the quality,structure,education and teachers'moral and style of teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,referring to the evaluation system of talent training for higher vocational colleges and current situation of higher vocational education,the development trend of teaching staff and corrensponding measures are put forward. |
