职业交流与沟通能力培养与综合职业素质课程改革

基于职业交流与沟通能力是高职学生综合职业能力的重要方面，以沟通交流与口才训练、经济与行政事务写作、公关实务与礼仪训练、活动策划与文案写作、经典阅读与审美训练、职场文化与求职面试六个能力模块为核心，探讨了高职院如何在职业素质的框架内寻找与语文教育的结合点，将传统的大学语文的教学重点转向职业交流与沟通能力的培养的途径。

This paper, based on the understanding that the professional exchange and communication is an important aspect of higher vocational students＇ comprehensive professional ability, takes the training of professional exchange and communication, economic and administrative writing, the training of public relation and etiquette, planning and document writing, classic reading and aesthetic training and workplace culture and job-interviewing as the six key modules, explores the combination point of quality education with college Chinese education, and shifts the key points of traditional Chinese education to the cultivation of professional exchange and communication.
