中小企业融资战略初探

中小企业融资难,原因之一是企业自身的信用缺陷,归根结底却是我国融资体系的制度性缺陷。消除中小企业资金困扰,应借鉴发达国家的经验,从强化和规范企业管理入手,进行融资体制和制度创新,多管齐下、加强引导、提升服务、综合推进。

Preliminary Study of Financing Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises

The financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is hard.One of the reasons is the missing of enterprise credit.It is ultimately due to the institutional defects of our country＇s financial system.Eliminating capital distress of small and medium-sized enterprises,we should draw lessons from the experience of the developed countries,to strengthen and standardize the enterprise management,and to promote the innovation of financing institutions and systems.Furthermore,we should strengthen guidance,improve service and make integrated propulsion in many ways.
