南昌局无缝线路的大机维修施工

摘    要:超长无缝线路具有平顺性好、线路阻力小、延长线路设备和机车车辆使用寿命的优点。但由于其存在锁定轨温与温度应力问题,在维修施工时可能引起跑道、胀轨等问题的发生。本文结合南昌路局超长无缝线路维修的实践,首先讨论了超长无缝线路铺设与锁定轨温问题,在此基础上对大型养路机械进行超长无缝线路维修施工进行了探讨。实践证明,通过合理的组织与精心的设计,采用大机维修无缝线路技术上可行,效果良好。

Abstract:As a new track construction, ultra-long CWR is better in track alignment regularity, track resistance and traveling comfort and it also could prolong the service life of tracks and rolling stocks. But due to the problem of stress-free temperature and thermal stress, it maybe causes to track buckling in the process of track maintenance. Considering the practice of ultra-long CWR maintenance in Nanchang railway administration, this paper primarily discussed the problems of paving ultra-long CWR and stress-free temperature, on this basis, it discussed the CWR maintenance technique by MTT. The discussion showed that, with elaborate design and organization, it is practicable in technique and work well for the CWR maintenance by MTT.
