| Abstract: | Conversion of debt into capital is one of the ways to restructure debt, which infers to a debt re-com-position that the debtor transforms the debt to the capital, and the creditor transform the creditor＇s rights to the stockholder＇s rat the same time. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the reorganization operation process, and puts forward a series of countermeasures. |
