摘    要:LED产业是新兴低碳绿色的高新技术产业,也是江西经济发展的支柱产业之一。本文通过对江西LED产业链现状的分析,提出了以产业链分解化和产业链模块化对江西LED产业链进行网络状链式整合的概念模型,并提出了以价值链与供需链引导产业链分解化、战略聚焦与企业联动深化产业链模块化、产业链分解化与模块化实现产业链整合重构等三个相关策略,为江西LED产业链均衡发展战略的合理选择与定位提供决策参考。

Abstract:The LED industry is new-pattern low carbon green high-tech industries, and it is one of the pillar industries in Jiangxi. Based on the analysis of the present situation of LED industry chain in Jiangxi, this paper put forward the concept model of network industrial chain, which integrated the decomposition and modularization of industry chain.Then,this paper analysed LED industry chain in details, which contained value chain and supply chain guiding decomposition of industry chain, focus on strategic and linkage in enterprise deepening modularization of industry chain, decomposition and modularization in industry chain mading industry chain integration reconstructed.So that it could be reference to the reasonable choice and orientation for LED industry balanced development chain strategy in Jiangxi.
