| 摘 要： | 针对旧线更换，采用双张力机放线施工技术，能够有效提高施工效率，同时减少对线路下方青苗的损坏，减轻外部因素对施工造成的阻力。双张力机放线施工在220kV乐档Ⅱ线旧线更换中进行了成功应用，仅用时9天即完成5．863公里导线更换施工。

| Abstract: | Toward used-cable subrogation, two-strainer is used. By this way, construction efficiency is increased. Furthermore, damage given.to crops underneath the. line is decreased. Consequently external resistance for construction is lessened. |
