城市综合客运换乘枢纽选址模型研究

摘    要:以枢纽导向型规划理念为指导,提出宏观总体布局,微观分级建模的城市综合客运换乘枢纽选址规划方法.研究与我国大城市用地布局形态和空间结构相适应的换乘枢纽概念性布局规划,在分析枢纽选址主要影响因素的基础上,建立以提高居民出行效率为目标,使枢纽与高强度开发的商业、办公、居住用地及城市客运交通需求走廊紧密结合的选址模型.该模型可为大城市综合客运换乘枢纽布局规划提供决策依据.

Abstract:With the guidance of the terminal-oriented planning principle,a two-step planning method that consists of overall layout from the macroscopic viewpoint and specific model from the microcosmic viewpoint is presented.The layout concept planning of intermodal transfer terminals that is consistent with urban land use was conducted.Based on the main influence factors of the terminals location,a location model was brought up to improve transfer efficiencies,which was basically consistent with development intensity land use for commence,office,housing and traffic passenger demand corridor.The model can provide the support for decision-making in the layout planning from the perspectives of the system and the overall situation.
