摘 要: | 在《营养配餐》课程教学实践中,课程组积极探索适应高等职业教育特色的"双证书"教学改革模式,结合国家职业标准以及岗位需求编写了适合"双证"教育教材《营养配餐》。本文针对以往教学中存在的问题,提出在教学内容、教学方法、考核手段和实践教学等多方面的改革措施,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: | In the teaching of the course Nutritious Diet Planning,teachers have been trying to carry out pedagogical reforms featuring Double Qualifications.Such effort lead to the compiling of the textbook Nutritious Diet Planning based on the national requirements for different vocations.This paper suggests reforms in terms of teaching contents,teaching methods,testing forms so as to solve the problems in traditional teaching,which have turned out effective. |
