悬臂筛网振动筛虚拟样机技术及其筛分机理

摘    要:基于运动学 动力学分析软件ADAMS ,建立了悬臂筛网振动筛的虚拟样机 ,并对样机进行了运动学和动力学分析 ,完成了振动筛空间运动轨迹和重要支撑处的受力分析 ;根据物料颗粒在Adams中的碰撞跳动样机所得的数据对振动筛激振频率进行了优化 .从透筛概率和筛面 2次振动两个方面 ,论述了悬臂筛网较常规筛网在筛分机理上的优势 ,为以后的产品创新设计提供了有力的理论支持 .

Abstract:Based on the software ADAMS for kinematic and dynamic analysis of mechanical systems, the virtual prototype for the cantilever screen vibration screener has been built. The movement track and loading conditions of four supports of the vibration screener have been analyzed. According to the analysis data, the optimization of the exciting frequency has been done. In view of through-moving probability of material and secondary vibration of screener, the sifting mechanism of cantilever screen has been discussed in comparison with the regular screen, which supports the further development of the vibration sifter theoretically.
