摘    要:在样条积分方程法计算铝电解槽磁场的基础上,针对影响铝电解槽电流效率的各种因素,建立了铝电解槽的磁场优化模型.为提高优化速度,采用改进的遗传算法对一台180?kA预焙阳极铝电解槽的磁场进行优化,得到了最佳的母线配置.优化结果表明,优化后槽的磁场分布更加均匀合理.

Abstract:A magnetic field optimization model for an aluminum reduction cell was built,which was based on calculating the magnetic field by using the spline integral equation method and considering all factors affecting the current efficiency.To increase the optimization speed,an improved genetic algorithm(GA) was adopted for optimizing a 180 kA prebake anode aluminum reduction cell and the best bus-bar configuration was obtained.The optimized results show that the distribution of the optimized magnetic field is more reasonable.
