| 摘 要： | 外企上市是我国深化利用外资政策、促进经济发展的必然，也是我国加入WTO的需要。分析、讨论了外企一旦在我国证券市场上市，对证券市场及相关领域所产生的影响，并提出了与之相关的促进中国证券市场健康发展的建议。

| Abstract: | The listing of foreign ventures is inevitable for farthering the policy of making use of foreign capital and promoting economic development in China.It is also imperative to allow their listing after China's entry into WTO.This paper analyses and discusses the impact of the listing of foreign ventures on security market and the other fields.Some ideas have been put forward for promoting healthy development of China's security market. |
