基于ProE嵌入式圆柱坐标工作台装配设计及运动仿真

摘    要:在实际应用中为了扩展十字工作台的功能,在十字工作台上增加转台,以实现角度分度的功能.所设计的圆柱坐标工作台采用嵌入式,将xy位移的十字工作台和角度回转工作台镶嵌配合在一起,结构紧凑美观.通过ProE软件,对工作台进行造型设计、虚拟装配和运动仿真,使设计的产品满足加工后的装配和机构运行的功能要求,体现了并行设计的理念.

Abstract:To expand the function of cross working platform in practice,an additional rotating working platform is used to realize the angle division.The embedded design was applied to the cylinder coordinate working platform,connecting the xy cross working platform and the angle rotating working platform embedded together,and presenting a beautiful and compact structure.Then modeling design,virtual assembling and motion simulation were conducted by ProE software.The final product designed can meet the demand for assembling and functions of running mechanism,which reflects the notion of parallel design.
