| 摘 要： | 本研究根据表面活性剂结构与性能的基本原理,成功地进行了分子设计,合成了一个新型乳化剂-葡萄糖单硬脂酸酯。并系统地对反应条件,产品的质量分析、产率、产品特性等问题做了比较细致的探索。从而为表面活性剂工业提供了一个新产品。

| Abstract: | According to the basic principles of the relationship between the structure and the performance about the surface active agent, the compound design has been done successfully and a new emulsifier - glucose stearic acid monoester has been synthesized. A systematic and detailed probe has been done into the reaction condition, quality. test of the products, productivity and product character.so a new product has been offered for the surface active agent industry. |
