面向大中型企事业单位电量月报自动统计系统的设计与开发

针对许多企事业单位的电力设备新老并存，尤其是老电力设备所带负荷占总电量比例较大、人工抄表为电量统计数据主要来源因而使大中型企事业单位电量统计工作较为繁琐的现状，进行了电量月报自动统计系统软件的设计和开发，这一软件大大提高了企事业单位电能统计工作的运作效率，具有一定的推广使用价值。

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MONTHLY REPORT SYSTEM OF THE ELECTRICAL ENTITIES FOR ENTERPRISES

In many enterprises, the new type electrical equipments will replace the old ones, but they still exist simultaneously at present. Particularly, the load data of old type electrical equipments, which depends on artificial calculation, occupies considerable ratio of total load in some enterprises. However, the artificial calculation on the data dealing can hardly finish this job in time and accurately. With respect to this, the design and development of "Monthly Report System of the Electrical Entities" solved this problem successfully, and it has the generalizing value for usage in this field.
