| 摘 要： | 研究了用C—2000铬鞣剂媒制汉口路山羊皮生产服装革的工艺条件，对比了不浸酸鞣制和常规浸酸鞣制两种工艺所得革的性能。结果表明，与常规浸酸铬鞣法相比，采用C—2000铬鞣剂及相应工艺鞣制的蓝湿革与成革的某些性能得到了提高，可以省去浸峻工序，简化工艺操作，减少酸和盐的污染，降低生产成本。

| Abstract: | Study the conditions of the tanning without pickling in Hankoulu goat garment leather by C-2000 chrome tanning agent. The properties of leather were tested and compared to traditional tanning. The result showed that some of properties of the leather made by this new technique are better than the ones made by normal process. The new technique without pickling not only leave pickling and basifying out of consideration, but also reduce chrome and clears up the pollution of salt brought from pickling to the environment. |
