摘    要:基于蒙版方程油墨配墨模型,是一种新型的配墨方法.影响配墨精度的因素很多.选取墨层厚度这一重要影响因素作为研究对象,确定基于蒙版方程模型的目标色配墨比例,通过IGT适性仪印刷出墨层厚度不同的样品色样,对样品色样与目标色进行分析对比,分析墨层厚度对配墨精度的影响,寻找最佳墨层厚度.得出的结果对实际生产有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:It is a new method based on the theory of masking equation. By testing the dot den- sity on the standard color chart, we made sure the coefficient of masking equation by math- ematic method and established a color-matching model based on masking equation. There are many factors to affect the precision of matching ink. This paper is based on masking equa- tion model according to the target color with ink, and then through the IGT adaptive instru- ment on printing ink layer thickness in different colors, each color sample and a target color on the comparative analysis, through comparative analysis, draw ink thickness to achieve what kind of state and the target color most close, at the end of another target color with ink, printing, experiment results. The purpose was to provide reference for printing indus- try.
