| 摘 要： | 9-氯甲基蒽与3-（（S）-2-甲基丁氧基）-5-苄氧基苄醇在相转移催化剂存在下反应生成手性蒽基苯酚醚4．化合物4的稀苯溶液经过365nm紫外光照射，发生蒽环与苯环间的分子内4π＋4π]光致环加成反应，定量地生成多环化合物5（5’）．5（5’）在254nm紫外光或热的作用下发生可逆的开环反应，定量地转变成原料4．4 5（5‘）的光致可逆过程可通过核磁共振和旋光度来检测．该反应可应用于手性光开关材料的研究．

| Abstract: | Chiral phenol ether with anthryI group 4 was synthesized by Williamson reaction between 9-chloromethylanthracene and 3-（（S）-3-methylbutoxy）-5-benzyloxybenzyl alcohol in the presence of phase transfer catalyst. Compound 4 occurred intramolecular 47π-4π] photocycloaddition reaction to form polycyclic compounds 5 （5＇） in diluted benzene solution under the UV irradiation at 365 nm. The quantitative process was completely reversed by UV light at 254 nm or heating. The reversible process of 4 5（5＇） was detected by NMR and op- tical rotation. This reaction might be used for the research of chiroptical switch materials. |
