| 摘 要： | 由于铝箔高速压光辊设计过程中一些影响因素存在着模糊不清等问题,以致其断裂的问题时有发生.针对该问题,采用MATIAB蒙特卡罗法与模糊理论相结合的方法,对铝箔高速压光辊进行可靠性优化设计.经优化设计对原设计尺寸进行了修正,较好地解决了铝箔高速压光辊断裂的问题.

| Abstract: | Because of there are exist some slur problems during design of the high speed press polish roller,crack happens sometimes.Focus on this problem,this thesis combined MATLAB and fuzzy theory,and make optimized confidence design on aluminium foil high speed press polish roller.After correcting some original design dimensions,solved the crack problem which happened on aluminium foil high speed press polish roller. |
