| 摘 要： | 文章依据文献1]提出的物业管理公司综合评价指标体系，用专家意见法和改进的ＡＨＰ方法确定了相应的权重，并用模糊综合评价法对某物业管理公司进行了综合评价，指出了存在的问题和整改意见。
