电力电源及蓄电池远程维护系统设计与实践

摘    要:介绍了基于PCM数字传输通道的变电站直流电源及蓄电池的远程维护系统的设计方法。在不改动原直流电源系统设计的情况下,通过增加变电站直流电源及电池测控单元,完成协议转换及采集智能设备信息,并转换成监控中心可以理解的通信协议(IEC61850)。系统通过电源监控单元完成电力电源测控,控制输入交流电源实现蓄电池远程充放电管理,对监测数据的理论分析、诊断电源系统及蓄电池的运行状态。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design for the substation DC power supply which is based on PCM digital transmission channel and remote maintenance system of storage battery.By expanding the substation DC power supply and battery test control unit without changing the original system design,the method can achieve protocol conversion and collect the intelligent device information,and also converse it into the communication protocol(IEC61850) which can be understood by supervision unit.The system can fulfill the electric power supply test and control via the power supervision unit,and also carry out the battery remote charging and discharging by controlling input AC power,theoretical analysis of the supervision data,diagnose of the power supply system and battery operation state.
