U形玻璃钢渠道抗冻胀效果数值模拟

摘    要:为研究U形玻璃钢渠道在北方季节性冻土区的抗冻胀效果,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对玻璃钢渠道的温度场和位移场进行模拟分析,研究了衬砌板的冻胀变形.结果表明:与混凝土渠道相比,玻璃钢渠道能使衬砌板的冻胀变位值更加均匀,冻胀不均匀程度也较小,且玻璃钢材料本身具有良好的韧性,适应变形的能力很强,具有良好的抗冻胀效果,值得推广.

Abstract:In order to study the frost heave effect of U-shaped FRP channel in seasonal frozen soil area in the North, ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the temperature and displacement field of FRP channels, and the frost heaving deformation of the lining plate was discussed. Results show that, compared with the concrete channel, FRP channel makes both the variation values of the frost heaving lin- ing plate deformation and the degrees of differential frost heaving smaller. Meanwhile, FRP material has excellent toughness, adapting to deformations well. FRP channels are worth being widely used for their good effect in resistance to frost heave.
