| 摘 要： | 我国机动车交通事故损害赔偿责任主体的立法缺失直接导致了司法判决的不统一。本文通过借鉴国外先进立法经验,结合我国立法和司法实践,对机动车交通事故赔偿责任主体进行一些研究,以期能为我国机动车交通事故损害赔偿责任主体的立法提供一些有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The lack of legislation concerning the main responsibility part in the damage compensation for vehicle traffic accidents directly leads to the disunity in the judicial decisions in China.Referring to foreign advanced legislative experiences,combining China's legislative and judicial practices,the paper conducts research on the main responsibility part in traffic accidents with a view to providing useful information for the legislation in this field. |
