| Abstract: | In the changing process from planned economy system to socialism market economy system in our country, the aggregate model of manageme nt system in WISCO is gradually transformed from the pattern of over-centralized line staff structure to centralized-type parent- subsidiary company structure, divided-type parent-subsidiary company structure and the multidivisional structu re, which is a rational combination of centralization and division. |
