焦化废水处理实验研究

摘    要:首先分别采用粉末活性炭、次氯酸钠、芬顿试剂、高锰酸钾和聚合氯化铝(PAC)处理焦化废水二级出水,并取样测定其CODCr值.实验结果为:单独采用活性炭吸附、次氯酸钠氧化、芬顿试剂氧化、高锰酸钾氧化和PAC处理水样,其CODcr的最大去除率分别为58%、36.2%、36.5%、40.3%和27%.然后将活性炭吸附、次氯酸钠氧化、芬顿试剂氧化、高锰酸钾氧化后的焦化废水再分别加入絮凝剂PAC混凝处理,其CODCr去除率分别为59%、62.1%、46.6%和53.9%.结果表明,经次氯酸钠氧化后再投加PAC混凝,对此类废水CODr的去除效果最好.

Abstract:The experiments on the treatment of the wastewater from coking wastewater sec- ondary effluent are carried out firstly by powder activated carbon, sodium hypochlorite, Fen- ton reagent, potassium permanganate and PAC respectively. The results show that when in the treatment of the wastewater individually by using activated carbon adsorption, sodium hypochlorite oxidate, Fenton reagent oxidate, potassium permanganate oxidate and PAC, the highest CODer removal rate are 58%, 36.2%, 36.5%, 40. 3% and 27% respectively. Then the experiments are taken by using powder activated carbon, sodium hypochlorite, Fenton reagent, potassium permanganate respectively with PAC combination, and the re- sults show that the highest CODcr removal rates are 59%, 62.1%, 46.6% and 53.9% re- spectively. The final experimental result indicates that the best result is reached by using combination process of adding the PAC coagulation after sodium hypoehlorite oxidate this kind of wastewater.
