任意坐标系中的各向异性损伤理论

摘    要:本文通过对损伤效应张量的变换,使损伤理论扩展到各向异性损伤的领域,变换后的损伤效应张量克服了只适用于主应力方向的局限性,从而可应用于工程实际的破坏分析。纯扭试验证实了本理论在工程实际中的应用性和损伤参数的可测性,试验还表明各向同性材料的各向异性损伤特性,且应力、应变越大,各向异性越显著。

Abstract:An anisotropic damage theory in an arbitrary coordinate system is devel- oped by deriving a modifiedl damage effect tensor M(D)so that the effective stress equations can include the effect of anisotropic material damage.The modified tensor removes the restriction of principal stresses imposed and can be made for general practical engineering applications of failure analysis.Pure torsion test is chosen to show the applicability of the theory and that the associated damage variables can be experimentally determined.The measured damage variables confirm the presence of anisotropic damage from an initially isotropic material specimen and that the magnitude is more pronounced at higher stresses and strains.
