| 摘 要： | 新时期的职称工作对现行的人才配置和使用机制提出了新的要求，文章分析了我国职称工作的历史、发展以及在新时期面临的挑战，提出了制定科学的人才评价工作体制，继续深化推行职务聘任制度，强化岗位管理等建议。
