摘 要: | 介绍了一种用电化学法合成甲醛的新方法,研究了甲醇和盐酸混合体系中各种工艺条件对甲醛收率的影响,得到最佳电解条件如下:电极电流密度为20 mA/cm2,电解温度为40℃,电解时间为6 h,甲醇初始浓度为0.5 mol/L,盐酸初始浓度为1 mol/L。在此条件下电解甲醇,甲醛收率达19.1%,电流效率为28.8%。

Abstract: | A new systhesis method of formaldehyde from methanol by electro oxidation is introduced,and the effects of the technological conditions of methanol and hydrochloric acid on the yield of formaldehyde are also discussed.The yield is 19.1% and the current efficiency is 28.8% under optimal conditions of current density 20 mA/cm2,temperature 40 ℃,electrolysis time 6 h and initial concentration of methanol and hydrochloric acid 0.5 mol/L,1 mol/L,respectively. |
