| 摘 要： | 从ERP时代企业信息化建设的角度出发,研究了企业文化建设与ERP实施的协同性机理。并在此基础上,通过ERP系统所体现的特性与企业文化的对比,提出了企业ERP实施能力评估及策略方式的选取方式,同时也评定出企业文化类型倾向与ERP文化吻合度、企业文化变革时机成熟度。

A Strategic Study of the ERP System in Modern Enterprise Management |

| Abstract: | The coordination mechanism between the construction of corporate culture and the ERP implementation is studied from the perspective of the construction of enterprise information system in the ERP era. Based on the contrast between the characteristics of ERP system and corporate culture, the capacity assessment and strategy selection of ERP implementation are proposed. The preferences of corporate culture and the match of ERP culture as well as the maturity of corporate culture reform are also analyzed. |
