| 摘 要： | 权重是综合评价的重要数值，其确定的正确与否关系到评价的科学性、合理性、权威性，用数理统计和模糊数学的方法来确定权重，可使经验的确定更完善、可信。文中给出权重的矩法估计法和多元回归估计法，以高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估为例给出一、二阶综合评判法的应用。

| Abstract: | The weight value is an important numerical value in comprehensive evaluation. The correctness of its determination has influence on science,rationality and authority of evaluation. By using the mathematical statistic and fuzzy mathematics to determine weight value,it will make experiential determination become better and more reliable. This paper introduces the methods of weighted moments estimation and multivariation regression estimation,then,takes an example of the talents -training level assessment at higher vocational colleges,and provides application of the first and second comprehensive evaluation methods |
