| 摘 要： | 椭圆曲线密码体制以其特有的优越性被广泛用于进行数据加密、数字签名，同样也可用来构建盲签名协议和电子现金协议。本文设计出了多银行电子现金支付协议。上述协议都是基于椭圆曲线离散对数表示问题的，其安全性是基于椭圆曲线离散对数的安全性。

| Abstract: | Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems are widely used for data encrypt and figure signature due to their peculiar superiority, and they also can be used for electronic cash protocol. This paper has showed the design of an off-line multi-bank electronic cash payment protocol. The above-mentioned protocols are all based on the Elliptic Curve dispersed logarithm, and the security is based on that of the Elliptic Curve dispersed logarithm. |
