摘    要:论述了活塞裙部中凸变椭圆型面的特点及设计规律,建立了活塞裙部廓形数学模型。对活塞裙部中凸型线进行采用插值处理,基于MATLAB创建活塞中凸型面;基于Pro/E采用曲线方程控制活塞裙部横断面形状,完成活塞裙面精确造型。实例表明:两种设计方法通用性和拟合精度均较好,具有较好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The characteristic and design rule of piston skirt middle-convex curve and ellipse surface were disserted, piston skirt contour mathematical model was defined. Piston skirt middle-convex curve was interpolated, piston middle-convex surface was generated according to curved surface modeling theory based on MATLAB; Piston skirt cross section shape was controlled based on Pro/E, piston skirt surface was completed. The example expatiated commonality and fitting precision of these two design methods are fair, which has better value in project application.
