裂纹—碰摩耦合故障转子系统的非线性研究

摘    要:研究了轴承和裂纹耦合故障的弹性转子系统的复杂非线性现象。针对非线性转子—轴承系统的具体特点,滚动轴承—弹性转子系统碰摩故障的非线性动力学模型,应用Runge-Kutta法数值模拟得到的系统在某些参数域中的分岔图、Poincare映射和频谱图等反映了系统的运动状态,并分析了该藕合转子系统的故障特征,研究结果对该类转子—轴承系统的故阵诊断和预防提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The complex nonlinear dynamics of a rotor-bearing system with crack and rub-impact was studied.Taking into account of real characteristics of the nonlinear rotor-bearing system,the rolling element bearing,rotor-bearing system with crack and rub-impact along with its nonlinear dynamics model,the bifurcation diagram,poincare mapping and frequency spectrum diagram of the system under certain parameters were obtained by numerically analysis with Runge-kutta method,which indicated the dynamics of the system intuitively.And the fault characteristics were also studied.The results brought in theoretical references for the fault diagnosis of rotor-bearing system with crack and rub-impact metioned above.
