减振器试验台模糊自适应PID控制及仿真研究

摘    要:针对减振器试验台电液位置伺服系统,提出了模糊自适应PID控制策略,介绍了其工作原理及控制器的设计过程。与普通PID的控制效果进行比较,仿真结果表明该控制方法响应速度快、超调小、运行平稳,说明了在试验台的控制过程中模糊控制的优越性。

Abstract:A fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy based on electro hydraulic position servo system of damper test bench was proposed.The working principle and the design process of controller were presented.Compared with common PID control,the simulation result expatiated that this control method was of high response speed,small overshoot as well as smooth running,illustrating the priority of fuzzy control in the control process of test bench.
