摘    要:随着中央企业员工收入差距的缩小,传统的物质激励作用逐渐弱化,文章通过对忠良书院非物质激励的应用实例介绍,提出电网企业可在沟通、信任、尊重、参与等方面加大非物质激励的力度与频度,增强员工的使命感和归属感。

Abstract:With the shrink of the income gap between the central government-owned enterprises staff, tra-ditional material incentive effect gradually weakens.In this paper, through the introduction of the appli-cation example of non-material incentive in Zhongliang Academy, it is put forward that the power grid en-terprises can increase the non-material incentive intensity and frequency in communication, trust, respect and participation, to enhance the sense of mission and the sense of belonging of the staff.
