多元接枝SBS胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体对SBS进行溶液接枝共聚,并配以混合型增粘树脂研制成多元接枝胶粘剂。探讨了MMA/BA配比、AA用量及固化时间对粘接性能的影响,并阐述了溶剂和增粘树脂的选用原则。结果发现:该四元接枝胶对聚烯烃的粘接强度及室温固化性能优于SBS-g-MMA-g-BA三元接枝胶,尤其与异氰酸酯配合使用时,其效果更佳。

Abstract:The polybasic graft copolymerization of SBS was carried out by methyl methacrylate(MMA)butyl acrylate (BA) and acrylic acid (AA) in solution,and polybasic grafted SBS adhesive was prepared by addition of tackifyng resin Effects of monomer ratio,amount of AA and solidifying time on adhesive properties were disscussed, and the selection principles of solution and tackifying resin were expounded It is found that the adhesive strength and solidifying speed of polybasic grafted adhesive to polyofefine are superior to SBS-g-MMA-g-BA terbasic grafted adhesive, especially when used with isocyanate,its effects are better than that of not using cross-linking agent
