高碳石煤中钒的赋存状态与优先选煤

摘    要:利用电子探针、差热-热重、岩相分析等多种检测方法,研究四川广旺含钒高碳石煤中钒的赋存状态,并在此基础上研究了优先选煤的工艺过程.通过石煤可浮性试验,评定了该石煤的可浮性等级及工艺的可行性;通过浮选参数试验,系统研究了浮选时间、药剂用量和原料粒度对浮选过程的影响.结果表明:在本研究的工艺条件下,该石煤浮选效果差,用常规的浮选工艺很难达到有效分离碳的目的.

Abstract:Electronic probe,DTA-thermal,facies analysis,and other detection methods are adopted to examine the occurrence of vanadium in high carbon stone-coal of Guangwang of Sichuan,and then to study the priority of the coal preparation process.Through coal wash ability experiments,the degree of stone-coal wash ability and feasibility of this new method are evaluated.The influences of such parameters as flotation time,reagent dosage and grain size of material are also made clear.It is shown through the experimental results that this stone-coal has bad coal wash ability.
