磷尾矿中磷、镁、铁、铝在硫酸中分解速率的实验研究

摘    要:用动力学的方法研究了磷矿浮选尾矿中磷、镁、铁、铝在硫酸中的转化率,以揭示他们在硫酸中分解速率的变化规律,为综合回收尾矿中镁和磷提供基础依据.研究结果表明:硫酸浓度对磷和镁的分解温度大,尾矿的分解反应属于扩散控制过程;铁铝杂质在低浓度硫酸中的分解具有负温度效应,铝杂质的溶解受硫酸浓度影响的作用大于铁杂质,在高硫酸浓度时尤为突出.

Abstract:The conversion rate of P,Mg,Fe and Al in the floated phosphate tailings in sulfuric acid is studied with kinetic method so as to reveal the variation law of their decomposition rate,which provides references for utilizing Mg and P in tailings comprehensively.It is shown through the results that the effect of sulfuric acid concentration on decomposition of Mg and P is bigger than the reaction temperature.The decomposition reactions of the tailing are controlled by diffusion process.It is also found that the ...
