摘    要:对某染料厂排放的染料生产废水进行处理,结果表明,厌氧-混凝预处理与活性炭吸附-再生相结合是处理该废水的一种可行方法.经厌氧-混凝后,染料生产废水的CODCr去除率可达83%,混凝出水再经活性炭吸附可满足国家废水排放标准要求.活性炭经简单再生,可重复利用,故能显著降低处理成本.

Abstract:The dyestuff wastewater drained from adye plant is treated by the combination of anaerobic-coagulation pretreatment and activated carbon adsorption-regeneration.The result shows that it is a feasible method for the treatment of dyestuff wastewater. The removal rate of COD_(Cr) is about 83% after the anaerobic treatment and the coagulation sedimentation. And being treated with coagulation and activated carbon adsorption, the final water quality index meets the national standard for wastewater discharge. After being regenerated simply,the activated carbon can be used again. Thus the cost of the treatment is obviously reduced.
