二级水解酸化-SBR工艺去除制药废水CODCr的试验

摘    要:维生素B1制药废水CODCr的浓度高达4 000mg/L以上,且可生化性较差,BOD/CODCr仅为0.17左右.笔者分析了采用一级水解酸化-SBR法和二级水解酸化-SBR法处理高浓度、难降解的维生素B1制药废水的试验.试验结果显示:采用两级水解酸化-SBR法可在保证处理效果的前提下,大大降低水力停留时间,提高处理效率.

Abstract:The concentration of CODCr of pharmaceutical wastewater producing vitamin B1 is as high as over 4 000 mg/L, and ability of biochemical reaction is very low and BOD/CODCr is only about 0. 17. The experiment on treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater producing vitamin B1 of high concentration and resistance to biodegradation by the double pass anaerobic hydrolysis acidification-SBR process is analyzed. The experimental results show that the double anaerobic hydrolysis acidification-SBR process can not only ensure the treatment effect but greatly shorten HRT, and advance the treatment efficiency.
