| Abstract: | After investigation on request and supply parameters about elementary school and middle school in Zhengzhou, it is suggested that the will-be complete school is quite feasible. Then the costs of land, construction and equipment are calculated and the income is predicted. Finally, the capital pay-off time is determined as 14 years and the profits rate is 12% per year. |
