本文认为，河北省技术市场交易额与国内生产总值关联性最强，两者同步增长，表明技术市场的发展对经济发展具有具有较强的劝作用，而科技成果数与国内生产总值的关联性较弱，两者的发展趋势呈反向特性，表明科技成果的开发动力不足和成果推广应用的乏力。

The Analysis about the Grey System of Hebei'S&T and Economy

Basing on the historical data about Hebei' S&T and economy, this paper builds a grey dynamic model and a grey connection model, and makes a dynamic analysis and forecast about the develop trend of Hebei' S&T and economy. It also makes a grey connection assessment of the relation between S&T and economy development. The connection is strongest between volume of technology market trade and GDP at Hebei province. They grow in the same step, which indicates that the development of technology market can promote greatly economy development. The connection, however, is weaker between volume of achievement in S & T and GDP. Their development trend is contrary, which indicates that the ability of development is not enough and the ability of spread and application is weak in S&T.
