基于旋转编码器的转速控制系统的实现

摘    要:利用旋转编码器使用寿命长、运行稳定、对工作环境要求低等优点,设计了基于旋转编码器的转速测量模块.采用仪表通用协议——MODBUSRTU,实现了与上位监控系统的串行通信.该模块已被成功应用于永磁可变磁场控制系统中用于磁环转速的调节,结果表明设计的转速控制模块可准确地实现转速控制.

Abstract:A speed control unit based on rotary encoder is developed, in which the MODBUS RTU communication protocol is adopted to communication between the unit and the industrial control computer. The unit has been applied to control the rotary speed of the magnetic ring in the variable permanent magnetic field system. Through comparing the measured and the given value, it shows that the unit has good performance.
