| 摘 要： | 本文提出了咨询成果综合评价的HGF方法。HGF方法采用特尔菲法确定综合评价的指标体系,用群体层次分析法确定各项指标的权值,用灰色统计方法处理专家评审数据,以确定单因素评价矩阵,最后用模糊综合评判方法构造评价的数学模型。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the HGF method for synthesive assessment of cosu- Lting results. HGF uses Delphi method to establish the indexset of synt- Hesive assessment, Group AHP method to determine the weights of each index, Grey statistics method to process evaluation data given by experts so as to determine the single factor assessment matrix. Finally uses the matrix of synthesive assessment of Fuzzy mathematics to establish the mathematical model of synthesive assessment. |
