磁声发射技术研究

摘    要:本文对钢铁材料的磁声发射(简称MAE)特性进行了研究。采用新型磁声发射系统,首次测定出常用钢铁材料(45、40Cr、Cr12、硅锰钢及铸铁)其外加磁场对磁声发射能量的影响(即H-MAE曲线)。实验表明,磁声发射能量随外加50赫交流磁场的增加而增加,并有饱和趋势。材料的化学成份,显微组织等强烈影响磁声发射强度。通过磁声机理分析确认:被测材料的H-MAE曲线是检测材质及监控工艺质量的先进方法。鉴于国内此项研究尚不多见,因此本研究对发展MAE技术有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper deals with the study of the performance of magnetomechanical acoustic emission (MAE for short) for steel materials. Using a new style magnetomechanical acoustic emission system, we have first tested out the influence of applied magnetic field for common steel materials (45, 40Cr, Cr12, martinol steel and cast iron) on the energy of magnetomechanical acoustic emission (e. g. H-MAE curves). The experiment shows that the increasing of magnetomechanical acoustic emission energy varies with the increasing of applied 50 Hertzian alternating magnetic field. The chemical compositions and microstructure of materials intensively influence the strength of MAE. Through magnelomechanical acoustic mechanism analysis, we confirm that H-MAE curve for the tested materials is an advanced method to examine the qualities of materials and control technological qualities. Owing to such kind of research is very few in our county, therefore it has important significance in the study of development of MAE technique.
