液压机冲裁缓冲技术的研究

摘    要:本文研究了一种可广泛用于液压机的冲裁缓冲系统,采用这种缓冲系统,可以有效的阻止冲裁冲击的产生。 对400kN及5000kN液压机进行的大量试验结果表明,应用该缓冲系统可使冲裁噪声下降15dB(A)以上,而冲裁压力只增加3%右左。 应用DSH软件对液压机冲裁缓冲过程进行了仿真研究,结果表明,在冲裁缓冲系统的设计中,缓冲油缸面积及缓冲腔容积的大小对缓冲效果有着决定性的影响

Abstract:This paper describes a blanking damping system which can be widely applied to the hydraulic presses. With the assistanle of this blanking damping system, the blanking shock will be trapped at the beginning of the "break through".The experiment results of 400kN and 5000kN hydraulic press using this blanking damping sy stem are presented that the noise of blanking is decreased by 15db(A), but the blanking pressure is only increased by about 3per cnt.The results of simulation and test show that the damping Volume and the area of damning cylinder are key parameters in designing of blanking damping device.
