摘    要:在可燃物热解与着火特性分析试验台上,对白松、桦木、椴木、密度板、三夹板和五夹板典型建筑装潢板材的着火特性进行了研究.测定了材料的表面温度和质量损失速率,并分析了辐射热能流率、含水率和材料种类对材料着火特性的影响.结果表明,随着辐射热能流率的增加,着火时间缩短,着火温度降低;随着含水率的增大,着火时间延长;不同材料的着火特性在低辐射热能流率条件下的差异较大,而在较高辐射热能流率条件下相差不大.

Abstract:Experimental study was conducted on the ignition characteristics of some typical construction wood using the experimental device designed specially, and the mass loss rate and surface temperature of the wood at the firepoint were measured. The effects of radiant heat flux, moisture content and species on the spontaneous ignition behavior were analyzed. The experimental data showed that the responses of the ignition characteristics to the intensity of radiant heat flux were different. The ignition temperature and ignition delay time decreased with the increasing radiant heat flux. The increasing moisture content increased the time for spontaneous ignition at the given intensity of radiation. In addition, wood species was considered to be an important factor tending to affect on the ignition characteristics at various heat flux.
